A detailed inspection procedure, both, during and after production process of all parts, systems and materials, is conducted on every boat we build to ensure 100% tightness of all joints and hatches. All boats are CE compliant, built in accordance with ISO 12217-3; 14945; 14946 and meet the requirements of Recreational Craft Directive 94/25/EC as amended by 2003/44/EC in accordance with the Essential Safety Requirements 3.2 for Stability and Freeboard and 3.3 for Buoyancy and Flotation.
We use integrated Computer-aided design (CAD)that assists its engineers and architects to create innovative boat designs and Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) to control prototype manufacturing processes.
All boats are built from glassfiber reinforced polyester (GRP). Hightest quality polyster resins, glassfiber tissues and polyurethane foam ensure stiff and robust construction of boats hulls. Skillful laminators ensure void-free laminate, stainless steel rails, hinges and cleats provide strength and longevity and highest quality accessories guarantee functionality of all onboard systems.
Every boat is built with safety in mind . All models meet or exceed CE requirements for safety such as horsepower, load capacity, steering, fuel systems, compartment ventilation, navigation lighting and backfire flame control.
